Bought a compatible toner for our Xerox printer, first one didn't work but a replacement was sent immediately without fuss which did work fine.

Took delivery of new black cartridge but something wrong with it. Phoned customer service and return details were sent and new one arrived next day.. No hassle at all.. New cartridge installed... Off we go..

I buy these all the time now and have only had a problem with one cartridge which Cartridge Save quickly rectified. Next day delivery every time is perfect for me too. It does what it says for a fraction of the cost of the genuine xerox toner.
