Whether I order online or by phone, it is very easy and quick. It is easy to find the correct product for the printer and the goods are delivered speedily. I very seldom have any problems with these HP compatible cartridges but, if I do, I don't have any trouble getting a replacement - and it usually arrives the next day.

I was very relieved to find you stock these cartridges as I thought they were unavailable except via HP and an unnecessary repeat contract.. My anxiety that they would not fit my 2nd printer disappeared as they are a perfect fit and a reasonable price too. .
