Problem with adding the cartridge save to my HP printer, made a call and was given a couple of ways to try to get working, neither worked and was sent replacement cartridges at no coast which sorted the problem. I have always used cartridge save and will continue to do so. I have also recommended the company to several friends.

I purchased a black cartridge a while ago. When I came to use it it was showing as empty. I contacted Cartridge Save and they immediately ordered me another one at no cost which arrived the next day. Very grateful for wonderful customer service!!
