Your printer warranty is safe

First cartridge did not work, but after calling the help line another one was sent, no questions asked. The second cartridge worked perfectly. I was impressed with the service.

Have been using Cartridge Save for a little while now and had to return 4 x carts because my printer packed up and I couldn't use them. Sent them back and got a FULL refund without so much as a question or query. That is brilliant customer service valuing my custom. Well done Cartridge Save!
