This was part of a nuber of purchases trying to establish what had gone wrong with my OKI printer. I had tried talking to OKI and they seemed very keen to charge me for an engineers visit. I have to confess that I was using Cartridge Save non genuine toner cartidges, (which I had been using for some time without any problems but with significant cost savings) and when OKI started questioning me about if I had been using non genuine cartidges I thought it would be a good idea to start talking to Cartridge Save instead as it seemed OKI wanted to blame the non genuine cartidges. I was very glad I did. Cartridge Save suggested that it may be the Drum not the toner cartidge and I should try one new Drum (it had to be genuine as OEM versions were not available). The new drum fixed the problem for the yellow so I ordered drums for the C and M colours. Thus fixed the problem without having to pay for an OKI call out!! The service and speed of response was incredible. The time for delivery was, of course, first class but it always has been so that part of Cartidge Service is as per usual anyway!! Thank you Cartidge Save for first class support as well as service!!
