I'd just bought an Oki laser printer and am always suspicious about the amount of toner or ink supplied with new printers. I looked online and thought I'd found a high capacity cartridge. I ordered from CartridgeSave and it arrived quickly. I then realised that it wasn't the right one, rang CartridgeSave and they immediately offered a refund and replacement which duly arrived a day or so later. My fault entirely confusing 410 and 401 in the model number. Thanks to Cartridge Save for sorting me out,
