Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

I have had a problem with compatible toners I bought a few months ago, which haven't been recognised by my printer. I ordered new ones, which were in different packaging and they worked perfectly. Cartridges were great and each time replaced the faulty cartridge free of charge for me. Can't praise them enough - I won't use anyone else for my toners etc.Very, very helpful.

I had a problem with a toner cartridge so phoned Cartridge Save and the customer service person couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. She replaced the toner free of charge which I hadn't expected. This sort of service ensures my loyalty and recommendation to others

I have always liked this company as their prices are the best on the market and they send orders out quickly. But its often said the best way to judge a company is when things go wrong. Well things went wrong, and Cartridge Save were brilliant. I have been buying compatible toners for my Oki printer for years, but this time my fussy printer rejected the toner. Cartridge Save immediately sent a replacement, the printer still didn't work, so they sent a Oki (very expensive toner) and this kick started my printer back into working. Throughout Cartridge Save were helpful, and very quick at sending toners out, all without charge. They now have an even more loyal customer than I was before.
