I bought a refill of toner for my printer over a year ago because the price is so good. It was a very good choice. I removed the old one, popped in the new one and it just worked perfectly. Last week the printer manufacturer prevented it from printing because it is not their toner. Cartridge Save sent me a new free cartridge by return of post which l just popped in and it just works works again. No fuss. It just works perfectly. These really are good refills from a top line supplier. I am very, very satisfied.
