Cartridge was leaky, which created a bit of a mess on installation, and the red colours are faded and weak. I will buy the offical Dell one next time.

I was initially a little sceptical about purchasing this toner cartridge as it was so much cheaper than the Dell product and it is a complex printer. However I am delighted with the quality of the product, it went in and worked first time with no problems or errors at all. The print quality is exactly the same at the Dell original. I have yet to see how long it will last, but all indications are that it is exactly the same quality as the Dell original with no downside that I can see.
