EASY TO ORDER, CONFIRMATION EMAIL RECEIVED IN MINUTES. PRODUCT WAS DUE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND ARRIED BUT WE WERE NOT IN(DUE TO A WEEKEND) BUT WAS DELIVERED FORST THING ON MONDAY MORNING! GREAT SERVICE - WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN

Unfortunately we had a problem with the initial cartridges however, they arranged a next delivery of new inks and confirmed there is a guarantee for 3 years should I have any problems with the second ink that I have not tested. Great Company

Great value cartridges, fit PB machine at work and no issues so far. First delivery went astray in the storms we had (Royal Mail problem not Cartridgesave!). Staff at CS were very helpful and resent our package which arrived next day. Then when original parcel turned up 3 wks late, we contacted CS and they kindly sent over free postage to return it to them. Will use again.
