Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

Works well in our old Konica c224e. I haven't done a comparative test with original toner but we are getting good print quality.

Excellent service as usual. Toner arrived next day and was well packed. Happy with quality of print in our Konica c224e but doesn't seem to last as long as genuine toner. However good value.
