I was very happy about the price as the product was exactly what I ordered and the delivery spot on. The ribbon works perfectly in my old Epsom LX850 dot matrix printer producing a very clear print. I will definitly buy again from Cartridgesave for another ribbon and my 2 other Ink jet Epsoms. From my experience I would strongly recommend this supplier
