Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

I purchased a full set of cartridges a few months ago as spares. Sadly on replacing the three colour cartridges they were not recognised by my printer. However, one quick email soon put matter to right and I was sent a new set without question. All now up and running as normal. Thank you Cartridgesave for your excellent customer service.

great service next day every time the kiwi cartrides are all great print quality never had a bad cartridge yet i do recomend cartidge save to people who ask me were i buy my cartridges from for my epson printer ron marshall
