the initial cartridge sent was not accepted in my hp officejet 6500 printer, and after excellent assistance from yourselves twice it was decided that it was damaged and a replacement was immediately sent and received and that worked sstraight away. this had excellent print and at a favourable price. I keep recommending you to clients and friends.
