Once again DPD courier has let down Cartridgesave. After the original order was not delivered, with the couriers claim that I had refused to accept it, a replacement was sent out by Cartridgesave, and low an behold DPD sent an email thanking me for changing the delivery date to the following Monday. Another lie!!. The driver was seen at the road end, but drove away. I also received an email from DPD saying the driver was unable to return as they were busy, had a large area to cover and was on a tight schedule. What a farce. Here am I thinking that's what couriers do. If it had been delivered first time there would have been no need to return twice more, wasting time and resources, and causing customer inconvenience. Cartridgesave need to review their association with this courier, and ask are they getting the service (next day delivery) they are paying for. Every thing else, from the ordering to the response when things went wrong on the original order have been fine.
