Fantastic service from start to finish. Item was as described and arrived next day. Printhead was easy to fit with no problems and a good quality print following installation. After reading many reviews I decided to buy a genuine HP printer head from cartridgesave, other copies from China were said not to have worked. It arrived within 16 hours, unbelievable, and resolved the printer problem of not recognising the printer head. Although the price was more than some suppliers if copy parts, it came with a full set of inks and was much cheaper than having to replace the printer. It was easy to replace and would highly recommend using this supplier.
