Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

I've been using Cartridge Save for a number of years now. I recently ordered a complete set of a toner cartridge and new drum after my printer's quality deteriorated. Unfortunately, on delivery, the toner cartridge was faulty but one phone call to the UK-based sales office and a replacement was on its way and 24 hours later I was up and running. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
