A high quality printer that comes with a scanner and copier, the Brother DCP-130C lets users enjoy direct printing from their memory cards and digital cameras. However, printing can be a hassle with a flimsy paper feed. Monochrome print quality is also inferior.
Design
A colour flatbed scanner and copier are integrated around this colour ink-jet printer. The Brother DCP-130C measures 15.7 inches wide and 5.9 inches tall and weighs around 7 kg. It uses the 4-ink cartridge system to ensure ink savings. Integrated with PhotoCapture Center Capability, it has a built-in PictBridge interface and digital media card drives.
Advantages
The Brother DCP-130C is economical in terms of ink consumption and prints fast at 25 ppm in monochrome and 20 ppm in colour. Users can print borderless pictures in rich and high-quality colours at resolutions of 6000x1200 dpi. Direct printing from a digital camera via PictBridge or media card slots is easy, so users save time. The flatbed scanner can convert images to PDF files and text.
Disadvantages
