The simple Brother IntelliFax-1170 is a fax machine ideal for personal use in the office or at home. This unit comes with a handset and is capable of automatic fallback with a 9600 modem speed. The Brother 1170 fax machine uses line thermal with ribbon printer for delivering output and has automatic, super light, and super dark contrast control. Maximum resolution is 203 x 98 dpi resolution. The unit comes with 512 KB memory, which can save up to 20 pages. The Brother IntelliFax-1170 fax printer has already been surpassed by newer fax machines.
Design
The IntelliFax 1170 thermal fax printer measures 385 x 378 x 213 mm in size and weighs 5.2 kg. It has a handset on the left side and a control panel with a numeric keypad, 16-line LCD display, and function buttons.
