The Brother MFC-J5335DW is an inkjet printer that incorporates a scanner, copier and fax function. It is bigger than many printers and may be bulky in homes where space is limited, but the added size has the bonus of allowing it to print up to A3.
It is a good-quality, robust machine that suits a small business or a home office, and it can be purchased and run economically.
Design
The size of the Brother MFC-J5335DW is 530 x 398 x 304mm, and it comes in a black colour that fits most decorative schemes. Connectivity is achieved via Ethernet, USB or Wi-Fi, and exclusive Brother apps allow for printing from the cloud and mobile devices. The 6.8cm LCD touchscreen makes it easy to navigate the printer, check its status and connect to cloud platforms.
The paper tray holds up to 250 sheets, and there is also a rear manual feed slot. Print resolution is up to 4,800 x 1,200dpi, and in fast mode, print speeds are up to 35ppm in mono and 27ppm in colour. The printer has a monthly duty cycle of 30,000 pages.
