A good printer for the home, the Canon Pixma MP260 is a basic multifunction that can print, scan, and copy. It is not the most stylish looking Pixma, but it does pack good features that older models lacked. It has built in memory card slots and uses Canon's FINE Cartridges, which are compatible with genuine photo papers from the same brand. It produces better-quality and longer-lasting photos, along with more vibrant scans and copies. The Canon Pixma MP260 is quite noisy, though, and still doesn't have Wi-Fi interface.
Design
The Canon Pixma MP260 is somewhat boxy, with the same white and black finish as its predecessors. It has a self opening paper tray for collecting prints and a high resolution 1200dpi scanner. USB still comes as standard interface, but the Canon Pixma MP260 comes with the addition of memory card slots for direct printing without using your PC.
Advantages
