The Canon Pixma MX410 uses Canon 2969B001AA ink cartridges. Canon 2969B001AA ink comes in black; the black cartridge prints 401 pages.
The Canon Pixma MX410 is ideal for homes and small offices. If you're after an all-in-one device that has all the features of a top range printer, without the price tag, then you're in luck. The only downside to consider is that the printer doesn't accept media cards, print speed performance may also raise some concerns.
If you're struggling for space, then the size of the Canon Pixma MX410 may put you off (W458 x D415 x H198 mm). The stylish black printer does, however, cram a lot of features within this space including a document feeder that sites on top of the scanner. There's also an LCD display and a range of functional buttons that allow you to control the printer independently from your PC.
The print quality is fantastic and is similar to more expensive models in the range. The Canon Pixma MX410 can handle photographs with as much ease as plain text documents. The MX410 also comes with a handy 30-sheet automatic document-feeder making it ideal for small businesses who want to print/scan/or copy large documents in a hurry. The printer comes with a host of connectivity options including built in WiFi and Bluetooth.
Print speed is an issue and may put off those of you who tend to print large documents. If you're just printing photographs and graphics then this shouldn't be too much of a problem. Another area that lets the Canon Pixma MX410 down is the fact that it doesn't accept media cards which may be an issue if you want to print from your digital camera or mobile phone.
