The Epson EcoTank ET-2650 uses Epson C13T664140 ink cartridges. Epson C13T664140 ink comes in black; the black cartridge prints 4,000 pages.
This three in one inkjet printer is initially quite pricey compared to other inkjets, but it comes with two years’ supply of ink, so after the initial cost, this printer is cheap to run. With its cartridge free system, the Epson EcoTank ET2650 is ideal for a busy home or small business that wants to save both time and money, as well as being more eco friendly. The quality of documents and graphics is generally of a high standard, and with the three year warranty any problems should be speedily resolved.
The Epson ET2650 is a 3-in-1inkjet printer, measuring 44.5cm x 30.4cm x 16.9cm, and incorporating a colour printer, scanner and copier. The machine uses a revolutionary cartridge free system, with the ink stored in an in built tank. It connects via a USB or WiFi and can also print directly from the Cloud, smartphones and tablets using the free Epson iPrint app. The paper tray can hold up to 100 sheets. With a card slot and an LCD screen, it is easy to operate even when not connected to a computer.
The Epson EcoTank ET2600 is economic to run, thanks to its cartridge free tank. It comes with inks expected to last for around two years. Replacement inks are inexpensive, and the average user can expect to save up to 74% on inks with this printer. The printer is easy to set up, and refilling the ink tanks when necessary is also straightforward. Thanks to Epson’s Micro Piezo printhead, the quality of printing is consistent and reliable.
Although it is cheap to run, the initial cost of the Epson EcoTank ET2600 is high compared to similar printers. The ink tank does make the printer quite bulky, which may make it awkward for smaller households. It is also fairly noisy when in operation.
