As a three-in-one machine, it can be used to fulfil printing, copying and scanning tasks with equal efficiency.
Design
The EcoTank ET-2710 Epson printer model is fitted with front-facing tanks to make it easier for the bottles to be refilled when necessary. To avoid the wrong ink being placed in a tank, a feature is included that only allows the right colours to be put in. There is a display at the front that shows when a refill is due so that users can keep on top of their ink levels. Measuring 375w x 347d x 179h mm, this machine is incredibly light, weighing just 3.9kg. With a suite of apps to aid connectivity and Wi-Fi capabilities, this three-in-one machine can be reached from a smart device for printouts on the go.
Advantages
When it’s important to print remotely, the EcoTank ET-2710 inkjet printer is an ideal solution. Along with sending or receiving print runs using the Epson iPrint3 app, it can also receive instructions sent from anywhere in the world using the same app. It produces 33 pages per minute in monochrome, or 15 pages per minute when making colour copies. The time to first copy for monochrome is 10 seconds, while for colour, it is 16 seconds.
Disadvantages
Despite being hugely economical, the EcoTank Epson ET-2710 model has a relatively high time to first copy. It only has one paper tray, which takes 30 sheets, and the duplex function must be handled manually.
