The Epson Stylus SX130 is an affordable multifunction device that ensures more savings in the long-run because it uses individual ink cartridges. Designed to be versatile and user-friendly, this space-saving printer is aimed at students, families, and budget-conscious small offices. The print speed and output of the SX130 are acceptable but nothing to get excited about.
Design
The box-type exterior is sleek and compact, with minimal buttons in the control panel, which is conveniently located on the right-hand top corner. One paper input tray is provided, and the robust Epson SX130 can accommodate up to 100 sheets of A4 media. The paper feeds from the back of the Epson Stylus SX130 and comes out from the front. The flatbed CIS scanner covers most of the area on top and can scan at a resolution of 600x1200dpi. The Stylus SX-130 printer weighs 3.9kg and connects to a computer via USB only.
Advantages
Because the Epson Stylus SX130 uses the 4-colour ink cartridge system, users only need to replace one empty cartridge when it runs out, so they save money. The simple aesthetic does not make the SX130 stand out, but it still maintains a sleek design, which can complement any room. Disadvantages
