The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4730DTWF is a colour inkjet multifunction printer capable of printing up to A4 size with a scanner, copier and fax machine incorporated into the unit. With a low price tag, it is affordable for a home or small office, where the print quality and fast printing speeds will enhance efficiency. It is easy to place and has a low noise level, even in a small or quiet workspace. There are relatively few drawbacks with this printer. A manual paper feeder would be useful, however, and if you use it to print colour photographs, you may be disappointed with the quality. Overall, for most workplaces this printer will impress with its ease of use and high quality documents.
Design
In a dark design, the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4730DTWF has a 6.8 cm LCD colour touchscreen on the top of the unit for managing printer operations. It measures 425 x 388 x 324 mm. Paper is stored in two paper trays each with a 250 sheet capacity. Print speeds are 34 ppm, print resolution is 4800 x 1200 dpi, and the monthly duty cycle is 25,000 pages. Connection is achieved via a network, USB or wireless interface.
