The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C8190 uses Epson C13T04A-PACK ink cartridges. Epson C13T04A-PACK ink comes in black and multicolour; the black cartridge prints 11,500 pages, the multicolour cartridge prints 8,000 pages.

The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C8190 inkjet printer is a workgroup A3 colour printer designed to promote enhanced productivity. Powered by PrecisionCore printing technology, this device features a high density print chip that can generate up to 40 million precise dots per second. Originally, this level of technology was used specifically for Epson’s large-format printers, but it is now a key component of all its printers and MFPs. It features the next generation of inkjet printing innovation and will save organisations up to 35% on printing costs as compared to a colour laser printer. Greater productivity is also achieved with its auto duplexing feature. It offers print speeds of 24 ISO ppm in both black and colour and a very fast first page out time. With its paper capacity of 1,830 sheets, paper will need to be replaced less often. Ideal for busy workgroups, it also includes PCL and PostScript 3 support as well as compatibility with both ISV and third-party software solutions.
Design
The Epson Pro WF-C8190 WorkForce printer model has standard paper handling that starts with a 500-sheet tray, a 250-sheet tray plus an 85-sheet rear tray. There are also two extra optional paper trays of 500 sheets each, and this model accepts paper sizes of up to 13 x 19in. Its monthly duty cycle is 75,000 pages, with a recommended monthly cycle of 7,000 pages.
Advantages
The WF-C8190 Epson printer facilitates mobile printing via the Epson Connect solution, which encompasses Email Print, iPrint Mobile App and Remote Print. Users can also print via Apple Airprint, Google Cloud Print and Kindle Fire. It includes a range of security features including PIN number certification to release jobs, printer and network settings via Web Configuration, SSL/TLS and IPs sec and user control access.
Disadvantages
