This compact and network-friendly device is aimed at small offices that need to produce high quality output in full colour. Because of its size and colour print capabilities, the Epson Workforce WF-2010W single-function printer is also a good choice for a home office, but it is not the best contender for bulk printing.

Design

Despite the plastic frame, the Epson Workforce WF-2010W colour inkjet printer manages to look sleek and stylish with an overall matte texture and a minimalist design, making it a more versatile addition to contemporary offices. The Workforce WF-2010W only weighs 3.2Kg so it is easy to lift and transport, and the compact size that measures 148mm tall, 264mm deep, and 392mm wide allows it to be set-up easily on a desktop. All connection ports including USB 2.0 are at the back.

Advantages

The small footprint makes the Epson Workforce WF2010W inkjet printer an ideal space-saver. Connectivity is versatile from automatic Wi-Fi set-up to wired Ethernet, so it can easily be shared by multiple users. The Epson WF-2010W printer doesn't make a lot of noise when printing. The high 5,760x1440dpi resolution ensures better-looking pictures and sharper text.

Disadvantages

The 3,000-page-per-month duty cycle is quite low for a demanding office. The Epson Workforce WF-2010W wireless colour printer does not offer two-sided printing and there are no options to increase the paper capacity, which is limited to 100 sheets. The Epson Workforce WF 2010W could be a better printer if it can print directly from memory cards and USB thumb drives. Print speeds are quite sub par for businesses, at only 4.7ppm in colour and 9ppm in monochrome.
