The Epson Workforce WF-7210DTW is a colour inkjet printer capable of printing up to A3 size. It will be a useful addition to a small office, but with a low price tag, it is also suitable for domestic use. The printer is easy to use, and thanks to different connection options, it is possible to print from almost anywhere in the world from a variety of devices. The print quality is of a good standard, and with printer downtime kept to a minimum, it will enhance office efficiency. However, this is just a printer with no ability to fax, scan or copy. If these functions are required, you will need to purchase additional devices.

Design

The dimensions of the Epson Workforce WF-7210DTW are 567 x 424 x 304mm, and the dark-coloured casing fits in well with most colour schemes. You can monitor and navigate the printer can using a control panel that includes a 5.6cm monochrome LCD screen. Paper capacity is 500 sheets. Print speeds are 20ppm in colour and 32ppm in monochrome. Print resolution is 4800 x 2400 dpi, and the monthly duty cycle is 20,000 pages. The connection to a computer is achieved via a USB, a network interface or wirelessly.

Advantages

With multiple connection options, it is easy to use the Epson Workforce WF-7210DTW to print from multiple devices, including smart devices. It automatically prints in duplex even at the A3 size. With two separate paper trays, it is possible to keep the printer loaded with different paper sizes with no downtime needed to swap them over. The printer supports NFC, so it is possible to print from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

Disadvantages

As there are no copy, scan or fax functions on the Epson Workforce WF-7210DTW, additional devices may be required, resulting in further expense and space utilisation.
