The HP DesignJet Z6600 1524 mm production printer will produce print orders quickly and easily. This easy to use printer produces outstanding quality colour and black and white prints with six HP inks. The printer offers powerful performance and is easy to operate. It will print on a variety of media to produce high-quality prints that will impress your customers.
Design
The HP HP DesignJet Z6600 multi-dimensional smart drop placement technology allows the printer to produce high-quality prints for a 6-ink system while protecting against problems caused by drop placement errors or media feed errors. The HP DesignJet Z6600 can print on self-adhesive paper, banner paper, fabric, film, fine art paper, bond paper, coated paper, backlit paper, photo paper and proofing paper. Its maximum print speed is 0.3 minutes per page. The printer has a roll feed, automatic cutter and take-up reel. The roll external diameter is 170 mm. The heavy media rolls mean that the printer can be left unattended. This printer is suitable for a wide range of jobs, including posters, signs, canvas, backlit prints and photos. The optimized configuration of the six-ink printing system means that the Z6600 model prints 30 per cent more efficiently as compared to the Z6100 model. The printer is capable of producing a range of print sizes, from 279 to 1524 mm. The automatic drop detection reduces waste and cleaning as well as ensuring high print quality.
