Perfect as a personal or even as a back-up printer, the HP Deskjet 3938 is a simple everyday machine. While it's a decent photo printer for the average household, it does not produce photo-lab quality pictures. The HP Deskjet 3938 prints at an average rate of 16ppm for black and white drafts and 12ppm for full colour drafts on plain paper. It is an ideal choice for a home or a student apartment, but is not an economical choice for heavy-use environments, especially since it uses a tri-colour cartridge.
Design
The design is consistent for all Deskjet 3900s, featuring a curved body as opposed to a rectangular box, which we often see in printers. It comes in white and grey, with the paper tray folding up and down right in front. The HP Deskjet 3938 connects to compatible PCs (Windows or Mac) through a high-speed USB interface.
Advantages
