It is also capable of printing excellent quality photos, thanks to the optional photo ink cartridge that allows sharper, more vibrant photo outputs. While the HP Deskjet 5151 does not have multifunction capabilities of newer DeskJet models, it does support wireless and Ethernet connectivity, making it suitable for a shared printer environment.
Design
The HP Deskjet 5151's design follows in the tradition of the 5100 series. It features a front-yield paper tray that can handle 150 sheets of plain paper. It can be upgraded with an optional auto duplexer for double-sided printing. The machine can handle a wide range of media, including transparencies and iron-on transfers. The HP Deskjet 5151 also comes with an 8MB memory, which is more than enough for basic printing needs.
Advantages
The HP Deskjet 5151 also has an impressive duty cycle of up to 3000 pages per month and print speeds of up to 19 and 14ppm for black and white and colour outputs, respectively. Maximum printing resolution is 4800x1200 dpi.
