Design
The HP Deskjet 940c looks like a sleek and compact breadbox with a collapsible 150-sheet capacity paper tray and a control panel with 4 indicator lights and 3 buttons. Installation is quite easy; even beginners can install and run this device. It features a built-in 2MB memory, and the maximum resolution for colour prints is 1200x2400 dpi. The HP Deskjet 940c is rather light at 12.9 pounds and compact at 14.5 inches deep and 17.32 inches wide.
