Design
The HP Fax 1230 is a colour fax machine that works as a standalone device. With 8MB of RAM and a G3 33.6kbps modem, it promises speedy transmissions. The HP 1230 Fax prints copies at a rate of 12ppm in monochrome and 8ppm in colour. The maximum copying resolution in colour is 1200x1200dpi, and text output looks good at 600x600dpi. The Fax 1230 is integrated with telephony features that include a handset and an intuitive numeric keypad.
Advantages
This feature-packed fax machine includes one-touch speed dials, walk-up colour fax function, up to 100 speed dials, and group fax with ECM (error correction mode).
