A futuristic looking device, the Lexmark Genesis S815. It looks nothing like an all-in-one printer. It boasts a stylish case and interesting features, including a flash scanner that can make a preview scan within 3 seconds using a 10 megapixel camera. The Lexmark Genesis S815 is Energy Star approved and has a convenient eco-mode button. The only issue with this unconventional all-in-one printer is its low scanning resolution.
Design
The Lexmark Genesis S815 sits upright, but the base of the printer is at the bottom. The input / output tray is at the back and the front side is dominated by the touch screen display (4.3 inch colour WQVGA). Stylishly black, the Lexmark Genesis S815 is undoubtedly one of the sleekest printers ever made (so far).
Advantages
In terms of speed, the Lexmark Genesis S815 will satisfy average needs. It has a maximum print speed of 33 ppm for black prints and 30 ppm for coloured prints. Scanning is also very fast. Save energy with the Eco-Mode and reduce paper waste with the automatic 2-sided printing capability of the Lexmark Genesis S815. The touch screen display of the S815 is easy to use.
