The Panasonic KX-FC265E is a fax machine, answering machine, and copier rolled into one compact device, featuring a digital speaker phone and a wireless handset for versatility of use. It features a digital answering system, which allows users to accommodate calls even while away. The Panasonic KX-FC265E has sequential broadcasting capabilities and enhanced copier function. However it has limited fax and voice recording memory, which can be a disadvantage for those who receive multiple messages regularly.
The Panasonic KX-FC265E plain paper fax with integrated handset has the same design as the earlier models, measuring only 374x200x106 mm. The KX-FC265E printer model is fairly lightweight at 2.7 kg, not including the cordless handset, which weighs only 130 g. It features a 3-line LCD display and a large keypad and control panel for accessing functions. The Panasonic KX-FC265E fax printer includes a cordless phone and uses thermal transfer printing method, allowing users to save a bunch on ink consumption.
In addition to its comprehensive features, the Panasonic KX FC265E fax machine also offers sequential broadcasting, which allows users to send messages to as many as 20 locations at a time. The copy function is an excellent addition, as well as the answering machine feature, though it has limited memory (up to 15 minutes of recorded calls only).
Limited memory is a disadvantage for the Panasonic KX-FC265E fax, which only has up to 28-pages of document memory. However, it can store up to 100 contacts, and the KXFC265E fax machine has fast redial and digital answering system, along with the 9 station one-touch dialling function.
