Another plain paper fax machine that has copy and automatic call answer function, the Panasonic KX-TG265E replaced the sought after 225 model, offering all the same functions and features, plus the option of adding 4 extra handsets to create a small phone system. It uses Panasonic's Thermal Transfer printing technology, and has the standard fax memory capacity (25 pages for transmission and 28 pages for reception). The Panasonic KX TG265E also offers quick scanning for faster data transmission. However, its modem speed is back to just 9.6 Kbps.
Design
The Panasonic KX-TG265E plain paper fax with DECT handset features a cordless handset and can be used with a maximum of 4 handsets for those who want a simple phone system. The Panasonic KXTG265E fax printer has a digital copier and an automatic document feeder, which makes it easier to scan multiple page documents for faxing and copying. The Panasonic KXTG265E is Caller ID-ready, and consumes just as much as 3.2w of electricity while operating.
