PLEASE NOTE:
  1. We highly recommend that a qualified engineer clean your franking machine when switching between red and blue franking ink or vice versa. Switching franking ink types without professionally cleaning the machine may cause damage to the machine.
  2. Please also note that this model differs from the Pitney Bowes DM300 and is compatible with a different set of cartridges. Unfortunately we do not sell cartridges compatible with the Pitney Bowes DM300.
