The Epson XP-345 is a multi-function inkjet printer that combines copy, scanner and print functionality in one compact and attractive unit, suitable for the small office or in the home. Use A4 glossy paper for lab-quality photographs, and take advantage of the card reader and AirPrint capabilities to print on the go from remote locations. This is a great all-rounder with the robustness and flexibility you need for the office environment.
Design
The Epson XP345 has dimensions of 15.3x11.8x5.7 inches and it weighs just 4.3kg, so it’s easy to move about by hand. Choose between Wi-Fi and USB interfaces with other devices. With a print speed per minute of 15 pages colour and 33 for monochrome, this is sufficient for most people's purposes, and the print resolution of 5670x1440 dpi is more than adequate. The scan resolution of this unit is 1200x2400 dpi and a contact image sensor ensures perfect copying. An LCD screen with a diagonal of 3.7cm on the front of the panel, with associated controls, is used to interface with the unit. The slot to the left of it accepts a range of memory cards, including SD and micro SD.

Disadvantages
Some people may not be happy about the limited functionality on the frontal LCD display, and the classic oblong lines of the unit are not to everyone’s taste. Some may also find fault with the paper feeding capacity.
