This rechargeable desktop label maker can double as a handheld and portable labeller, making it one of the most versatile label printers around. The Brother PT-18R labelling machine is designed with easy-swap tape cassettes, one-touch operational keys, and PC connectivity, and it can print bar codes with ease. However, it lacks a handle and support for multi-blocking.

Design

The Brother PT-18R rechargeable label printer has a robust frame that measures 5.96 inches wide, 2.08mm deep, and 4.9 inches tall, and weighs approximately 0.6Kg. It prints using thermal transfer tape technology and supports tapes that are up to 26.2 feet long. The display screen can show 15 characters in two lines. The maximum print resolution is 180dpi and the print speed is up to 10mm per second. There’s a USB port on the P-Touch 18R printer for plug and play convenience.

Advantages

Database printing, snapper function, and date and time stamp, are supported via a PC connection. The Brother P-Touch PT-18R professional labelling machine can print in four different font types and in eight styles. A rechargeable battery makes the Brother PT18R rechargeable label maker environmentally friendly to use in the long run because it reduces the amount of toxic waste. Labels can be previewed from the high visibility LCD screen. The P-Touch 18R rechargeable machine has an automatic tape cutter and one-key access for symbols and templates.
