You can’t argue with the quality of the award winning PT-D450VP. With the option to print on tape from 3.5mm to 18mm you should be able to find the right side for your need.

Design

Winner of an IF design award in 2016, the Brother PT-D450VP stands out as great device for creating labels. Encased in a sleek metal-look body with large LCD display, the P-Touch D450VP looks much more professional than the toy-like design of earlier and even some current home models. A large keyboard allows labels to be printed quickly and easily. You can either use the Brother PT-D450VP the included adapter or with 6x AA batteries.

Advantages

With the ability to create Labels up to 18mm, you can produce labels much larger than previous models. The PT-D450VP can also be connected to a PC or Mac via USB but includes the templates required to print barcodes without it being necessary to do this.

Disadvantages

The price seems to have risen to account for the more professional look and feel of the Brother PT-D450VP but Brothers reputation in this product group suggests that you’re likely to get value for money compared to other cheaper models from some of the competition.
