This little printer produces good-quality labels, is reliable and is ideal for hobbyists or small businesses that have a requirement to produce customised labels. At its price, the printer is cheap enough even for those who only occasionally need to make labels. It is a good alternative for people who want to print labels without using a computer or want to print labels on the go.
Design
The Brother P-Touch PT-H101C has a large LCD display for previewing text and fonts. Despite its low cost, the printer feels robust and dependable. The device has a built-in label cutter that makes producing labels easy. There are ten auto label designs and over 170 symbols. This machine prints at 29mm per second. The printer uses six AAA batteries. The Brother PT-H101C has been designed with curved sides to make it fit into your hand for a comfortable grip. The printer has separate keyboards for numbers and alphabetical characters to make data entry easier. Font styles include bold, mirror, italic, vertical and shadow printing. The device can handle tapes of four different widths: 3.5mm, 6mm, 9mm and 12mm (it comes with tape that has a width of 12mm).
