The versatile Dymo LabelPoint 250 handheld label maker delivers easy-to-read and use labels ideal for offices and warehouses. This label machine can be easily handled with one hand and it can deliver up to 99 characters on a single label. The exceptional Dymo LabelPoint 250 label machine has a large memory and can even be used by multiple users as it has a personal preference option. However, the need to replace AA batteries can be tedious.
Design
Housed in black and silver, the LabelPoint 250 printer has a sleek, modern and ergonomic design for easy handling. This model comes with colour-coded buttons and has an ABC keyboard. The Dymo LabelPoint LP250 label printer also has an LCD display, function buttons, a manual cutter and battery compartment for 6 batteries. The tape cassette compartment can handle D1 tapes as wide as 6, 9 and 12mm.
Advantages
With over 200 characters, 4 fonts, and 70 symbols, as well as several styles and printing effects, the Dymo LabelPoint 250 handheld labelling machine can offer a multitude of customised labelling options. This label machine can display 13 characters on its LCD display and has a print-preview option. Its memory can save the last 9 printed labels as well as 9 favourite labels and 9 templates. Multi-copying is possible for up to 16 labels. The Dymo LP250 label maker can print up to 2 lines on a single label, whether vertical or horizontal.
Disadvantages
An AC adapter for the Dymo 250 LabelPoint is available but must be bought separately. This LP250 label printer would be improved if it had a QWERTY keypad and if it could handle labels larger than half an inch.
