Design
Weighing 2 lbs and measuring 4.5 x 8.3 x 2.8 inches, the Dymo LabelPoint 300 portable label maker is very easy to handle. This model features an ABC keyboard and a 2-line by 15-character LCD display. The Dymo LP300 electronic label maker features battery and label cassette compartments and a manual cutter press. Dymo D1 label maker tapes of 6, 9, 12 and 19mm can be easily loaded into the LabelPoint 300 printer.
Advantages
Thanks to the built-in memory, the last typed label will be stored on the Dymo 300 LabelPoint machine as well as 10 more favourite labels. This label machine has features like auto numbering, repeat printing and print preview. Print speed can go as fast as 23.6 inches per minute. For customisation of labels, the Dymo LabelPoint LP300 handheld labeller has different font styles, emphasis and justifications. Up to 4 lines of numbers, symbols and letters can be delivered on a single label, whether printed on mirror mode, vertically or horizontally.
Disadvantages
The Dymo LP300 label printer still uses AA batteries. It’s compatible with an AC adapter but this must be bought separately. The LabelPoint 300 handheld printer would be better if it had a QWERTY keyboard as well as a backlit LCD for use in places with poor lighting.
