The Dymo LabelWriter EL60 is a label printer that uses direct thermal technology to create labels. It has many uses across a wide variety of sectors, including in warehouses and retail. It connects easily to a computer, and with the easy-to-use software, you can create your own custom labels, including barcodes and graphics. With the small footprint and low operating noise, this device is easy to place and will not disturb workplace productivity. With no ribbons or cartridges to monitor, the device is easy to maintain. The labels produced are of a good quality but are likely to fade if exposed to direct sunlight or bright fluorescent lighting.

Design

The Dymo LabelWriter EL60 comes in a grey rounded design with the dimensions 12 x 7 x 9 inches. It uses direct thermal transfer technology, so there is no ribbon or cartridge to install. It uses label rolls with widths up to 2.5 inches. It connects to a computer via a USB or serial interface. The control panel has just one button, which is used to eject the label if jammed. The power switch is located on the back of the device.

Advantages

There is virtually no noise from the Dymo LabelWriter EL60, so it will not cause workplace disruption. As it does not take ribbons, ink or toner cartridges, there is no need to worry about ink levels.
