Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

My Brother DCP-J1140DW will sometimes reject a new compatible cartridge but most of the time the Cartridge Save compatibles plug straight in and print - and when you're in desperate need of a replacement, you can rely on Cartridge Save's next day delivery guarantee. After years of reliable service I wouldn't use any other supplier.

All well in the end, but I could not get the ink cartridge in the printer to start with until I discovered a tiny piece of invisible cellophane paper over the ink tube. This should be coloured to be more visible, but at least I will know for the future what the problem is.

I ordered my cartridges after the branch is closed and they were delivered the following day. Excellent service excellent quality of product for my brother printer highly recommend.
