First one I was sent was faulty , but received replacemrnt next day , Great service and next day delivery . Will certainly use again 10/10

Easy to install, worked first time and was a good price. Print quality was as not good as previous cartridge because the toner print colour is more grey than a true black. Printer is an Samsung ML-1500 Happy to recommend Cartridge save to others .

Just put the new toner cartridge into my printer and it is working well with no streaks on the prints
