Purchased a compatible toner cartridge for my printer a while back. It turned out to be faulty. Rang Cartridgesave to ask what could be doe. They sent me a genuine replacement next day. Can't fault them at all. Excellent service, highly recommended 10/10.

We choose to pay extra and have a genuine Samsung/ HP toner cartridge for complete piece of mind. Good instructions on the box and very easy to install being a cassette type, so take one out, shake the new one and insert. Simple. We regularly order through Cartridge Save as have continually found them to be competitively priced and we've always received prompt delivery, hence the 5-stars.
