Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

We have a couple of Laser Jets and find the print quality of the compatible cartridges on a par with the genuine ones for a fraction of the cost. I have bought these now for the last few years from Cartridge Save and rely on them for great stock availability and speedy delivery.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered one of these cartridges. When I installed the cartridge, even though I had removed the plastic strip, there was an error reading. I emailed Cartridge Save on the Saturday, and first thing Monday morning I received an email asking whether I would prefer a refund or a replacement. I asked for the replacement and a new cartridge was delivered the following day. I was incredibly impressed with the way the staff of Cartridge Save responded to this issue. Manufacturing errors occur in the very best of companies, and what sets an excellent company apart is how they respond when an error does occur. Thank you to Cartridge Save for making this stress free.
