Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

Smashing Customer Service, promptly fixed my error in ordering. The toner cartridge was a straight replacement with no 'non genuine' error messages. At less than half price of a genuine cartridge and with equal if not better print quality what more could you want? We use Cartridge Save for all our printer cartridges and highly recommend them.
