Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

What a wonderful company I have been using them for a few years . They delivered my latest toner 12 hrs after my online order but unfortunately I had ordered the wrong model number . I called at 4pm on a Friday to order the correct cartridge and it was delivered the following morning Saturday !!! Fantastic service and the icing on the cake was they refunded my original order without being asked . Thoroughly recommended !!!
